International Arrival Service offerings:

  • Warm welcome at aerobridge/bus gate by Pranaam Officer;
  • Dedicated Pranaam Officer for assistance from the aerobridge/bus gate till parking area or receiving party;
  • Dedicated porter for assistance with hand baggage from aerobridge to the car parking area;
  • Dedicated Golf Cart* from aerobridge to the immigration hall (subject to availability and location of boarding gate);
  • Guidance through immigration process;
  • Dedicated porter service for retrieval of baggage (Max. 3 pieces per guest);
  • Assistance till car parking or receiving party;
  • Additional porter (one), on request, at no additional cost;
  • Arrangement of personal shopper, on request;
  • One time waiver of re-scheduling charges (if any);

Express Booking: Bookings within 8 to 24 hours of flight time are available on Arrival Elite Services. Bookings within 8 hours of flight time are available only on Pranaam reservation desk. Bookings will be subject to additional charges of 750 for International, and 250 for domestic travel, over and above the base rate shall be applicable. Express services are available for booking on request only.

Pranaam Platinum Arrival Services is dedicated to provide you the exclusive assistance that will enhance your experience when you arrive at CSMIA. Our dedicated Pranaam officer will endeavor to make your journey through CSMIA a unique experience.

Pranaam Group Platinum

Pranaam Group Platinum is designed for a group of minimum 5 guests which can be extended to 10 guests at an additional charge. Service is to ease the journey and provide the comfort and care for group arriving at CSMIA. Guest will be rendered complete assistance right from the aerobridge till the arrival exit gate/receiving party.
